The philosophy of the LS 94REDS' coaching staff is the foundation of the experience of playing for the 94REDS'. The coaches are committed to the development of the 94REDS' technical skills (dribbling, shooting, and passing) and team building through sportsmanship and tactical instruction. They strongly believe in creating an environment that is fun and positive for the players in order to maximize each and every player's development at the pace that suits them best. Players are encouraged to expand their soccer skills and awareness through playing multiple positions on the field in competitive situations.
